  • Act as the team's operational leader for Deal Desk and mentor Associates.
  • Represent the Senior Manager in cross-functional forums with Sales VPs and GTM leaders.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for complex deals, pricing requests, and contract exceptions.
  • Oversee deal approvals and pricing compliance; escalate where needed.
  • Ensure SLA standards and unblock time-sensitive cases.
  • Build and scale automated workflows to reduce manual effort and free up higher-value work.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops in Enterprise SaaS/B2B; leadership a plus.
  • Proven deal desk operator with complex, high-stakes deals across pricing and exceptions.
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, revenue recognition, and order management.
  • Hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ experience; troubleshooting and workflow optimization.
  • Relationship builder able to engage senior stakeholders across GTM, Legal, and Finance.
  • Data-driven and analytical; turn trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; calm under pressure in a fast-paced remote environment.
