  • Act as the teamโ€™s operational leader and mentor to staff.

  • 5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops in Enterprise SaaS/B2B.
  • Proven Deal Desk operator with complex deal structuring, pricing, contract exceptions.
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, revenue recognition, and order mgmt.
  • Hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ; troubleshooting and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent at engaging senior stakeholders across GTM, Legal, and Finance.
  • Data-driven and analytical; translate trends into actionable recommendations.
