📋 Description

Process deals: create and manage quotes, orders, and amendments in CPQ.
Route approvals and drive deals through the approval matrix.
Support reps with pricing, packaging, and process questions.
Protect data quality in Salesforce with accurate opportunity and quotes.
Support the close by managing order processing during high volume.
Escalate complex deals early and hand off to senior deal desk.

🎯 Requirements

3–4 years in deal desk, sales ops, or order management (B2B SaaS).
CPQ and quote-to-cash experience (Salesforce, DealHub, or similar).
Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable with high volume and period end.
Strong stakeholder service mindset and clear, structured communication.
Understanding SaaS models, subscription pricing, and revenue recognition.
Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills required.
