📋 Description

  • Process deals: create/manage quotes and orders in CPQ.
  • Route approvals; drive through approval matrix and track status.
  • Support reps with pricing, packaging, and options.
  • Protect data quality: maintain Salesforce opportunity and quote data.
  • Support the close: assist order processing during high-volume periods.
  • Escalate complex or non-standard deals to senior deal desk.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–4 years in deal desk or sales ops in B2B SaaS.
  • Familiar with CPQ and quote-to-cash (Salesforce/DealHub).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive under high volume.
  • Strong stakeholder service mindset and clear communication.
  • Understanding of SaaS pricing and revenue recognition.
  • Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills (required).
