Deal Desk Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and review quotes from Salesforce CPQ all the way through the Ironclad workflow process
• Work the twice-daily Ironclad approval queue alongside Legal and Accounting, reviewing order forms
• Support the triage of incoming requests in Deal Desk, Ironclad, and the Rev Ops Help queues
• Manage first-pass pricing using our pricing calculator and guidelines, so senior Deal Desk time
• Partner with our Systems and Salesforce admins to improve CPQ and quoting workflows: flag where
• Review closed-won contracts for booking accuracy (ACV, CARR, term, billing frequency, uplifts) and

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Order Management, or a similar
• Hands on Salesforce experience with opportunities, quotes, and reports.
• Salesforce CPQ (or similar) experience.
• Interest in automating manual deal desk work.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Sharp attention to detail, with a habit of catching the wrong date or mismatched number before it
