Deal Desk Analyst I

📋 Description

• Creating and updating Quotes in Salesforce CPQ per approvals
• Processing requests via email and Salesforce queues within SLAs
• Coordinating with Finance or Legal to approve non-standard terms
• Setting up CPQ and Salesforce for approved deals
• Reviewing and sending contracts for signature via DocuSign
• Supporting Deal Desk across Sales, Renewals, Finance, and Legal

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales support, contracting, or deal desk
• Experience with Salesforce and SaaS accounting principles
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
• Prioritization under end-of-quarter pressure
• Effective cross-department communication
• Tools: Salesforce CPQ, Word, Acrobat, DocuSign
