Deal Desk Associate

📋 Description

• Manage Closed Won processing and order management with accuracy.
• Build standard quotes in CPQ and process Order Forms.
• Own Deal Desk cases including CPQ, quoting, and account maintenance.
• Maintain Salesforce account and order records through the deal lifecycle.
• Monitor the Deal Desk queue and respond within SLAs.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities for deals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Deal Desk or Sales/Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience; CPQ tools preferred.
• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash and order management.
• Curious about the commercial side; entry-level role.
• Collaborative, people-first; able to work with Sales.
• Highly organized with attention to detail under high volume.
