• Design and maintain the Deal Desk data foundation and data quality
• Ship deal desk workflows quickly; triage asks and ship small, fast
• Go custom with AI-powered solutions when required
• Think in systems; consider upstream/downstream implications
• Integrate third-party APIs to sync events across tools
• Document what you build so others can understand and trust

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM engineering, automation, or RevOps
• Direct Salesforce experience; data model ownership
• Fluency with AI coding assistants and tooling
• Ownership of end-to-end AI and automation workflows
• Fundamental API and webhook integration knowledge
• Systems thinker with judgement on low-code vs custom
