• Own deal desk end-to-end and drive velocity and quality.
• Shape pricing across base + consumption models and packaging.
• Build the quote-to-cash process and CPQ systems; set approvals and data hygiene.
• Own renewals and expansions; manage amendments, co-terms, and uplifts.
• Connect GTM and finance; translate risk and revenue mechanics for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven deal desk leader at a high-growth SaaS company; 100+ AEs.
• Experience with consumption/usage-based pricing (commits, drawdown, overage).
• Built or rebuilt CPQ and quote-to-cash; configured approvals and order forms.
• Strong first-principles thinker; hypothesis testing and fast learning.
• Hands-on, builds reports and config systems; uses AI to accelerate work.
• Clear, direct communicator with good risk judgment; trusted by sales leaders.
• Empathy for sellers; helps structure deals; writing reference docs; field experience is a plus.
