Deal Desk Manager

📋 Description

• Support sales teams through the deal lifecycle—quote creation, approvals, contract routing, and
• Ensure deal compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements
• Manage deal desk queue and serve as the primary point of contact for deal-related questions across
• Act as SME on order management tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, Ironclad, etc.), assisting with
• Complete primary review of all executed contracts, confirming accuracy & compliance with
• Partner with Legal and Finance to maintain templates and workflows for quotes, contracts, and order

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role in a
• Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, sales motions (including New Business, Renewals, and
• Hands-on experience with CRM and CPQ systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
• Experience with DocuSign, Ironclad, Dealhub, or similar tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Legal, Finance
