📋 Description

• Partnership with Sales to advise on deal construct and negotiation for complex transactions.
• Coordinate information flow across Sales, Services, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Operations, and more.
• Ensure deal review and approval follows company policies and guidelines.
• Help set policies, processes, and procedures in collaboration with other functions.
• Foster internal relationships across the company to facilitate the deal process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5 years of experience in deal desk, finance, contracts or sales operations.
• Ability to read, understand and draft contractual terms and conditions.
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles and US GAAP.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Experience in SaaS and Consumption business models; customer service orientation.
