Deal Desk Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product to structure revenue deals
• Review and approve non-standard deals and terms
• Ensure a smooth deal approval process
• Monitor deal performance metrics and trends
• Maintain understanding of products, pricing, and competition
• Collaborate with Deal Desk leadership to implement policies and tools
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and revenue recognition rules

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience
• 5+ years experience as a Deal Desk Manager
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, Google Suite, and Excel
• Strong experience with non-standard deal structuring, contract terms, and negotiation strategies
