📋 Description

• Advise on deal structure before signature (term, billing, seats).
• Enforce deal tiers and billing standards, route exceptions early.
• Build written deal structuring standard and pricing bands.
• Review deals and order forms (fields, pricing, approvals).
• Reconcile Closed Won deals against contracts and provisioned seats.
• Fix recurring errors at source via standards, Sales, or CRM checks.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in deal desk, deal ops, or pre-signature commercial review.
• Experience enforcing pricing/discount/contract policy with sales reps.
• Precision reading contracts against CRM records line by line.
• Experience turning precedent into a written standard or matrix.
• Business-level Korean (contracts, price tables, registrations).
• Fluency in business English for daily global team communication.
