Deal Desk Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage pricing requests, deal approvals, special pricing, contract terms, and deal structure reviews from initial request to resolution.
• Review customer contracts for terms, pricing, products, values, and compliance with business guidelines.
• Support end-to-end quote-to-order process: quote creation, approvals, and order booking.
• Maintain data accuracy across CRM, contract management, financial, and order management systems.
• Analyze contract and customer data in internal financial systems, ensuring accuracy of products, pricing, dates, customer details, and revenue information.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing, Revenue, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve deal execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Legal, and operational teams.
• Strong proficiency with CRM and business systems, preferably Salesforce, along with experience managing structured data processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, revenue processes, contract structures, and pricing guidelines.
