📋 Description

• Spearhead end-to-end deal process from diligence to closing
• Drive M&A, venture investments and develop recommendations
• Contribute shaping Kraken’s M&A and venture strategy
• Articulate key value drivers for M&A and venture deals; build consensus
• Oversee pro forma financial models and valuation analyses
• Coordinate due diligence with cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Corporate Development at FinTech or investment bank
• Experience building pro forma models and valuation analyses
• Deep familiarity with M&A process and venture, incl. legal matters
• Drive consensus and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Product, Eng
• Understanding of global crypto and financial services regulation
• Knowledge and curiosity for cryptocurrency industry
