🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Corporate Development at hyper-growth FinTech or investment bank.
  • Experience building pro forma models and valuation analyses (DCF, comps).
  • Deep familiarity with M&A processes and venture, including legal matters.
  • Strong ability to drive consensus and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of global crypto and financial services regulatory environment.
  • Strong knowledge or curiosity for the cryptocurrency industry.
