Deal Management Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Set up and maintain royalty calculations and deal templates in Crunchyroll systems to support
• Review and interpret legal agreements and related documentation.
• Register property codes for deal mapping.
• Participate in the review of rights and financial deal terms regarding acquisition agreements.
• Build analytical dashboards to enhance deal tracking and analysis.
• Research and reconcile costs and expenses at the deal level.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience in digital media, a rights management, legal, finance
• Ability to read and interpret legal agreements.
• Experience in rights, royalties and/or the entertainment industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with automated rights and royalties systems is a plus (e.g., Rightsline, Alliant).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
