📋 Description

Review orders for accuracy and policy compliance for booking and billing
Support SFDC opportunity management, quoting workflows, and deal hygiene
Manage and triage a Deal Operations queue with timely responses
Frontline support for SFDC and CPQ questions from Sales
Assist CRM/CPQ enhancements: gather requirements, UAT/QA, rollouts
Enable sales/deal desk with docs, guides, and training

🎯 Requirements

2-4+ years in Sales Ops, Deal Ops, Rev Ops, or Order Mgmt
Detail-oriented; comfortable with complex deal structures
Salesforce (SFDC) CRM knowledge; opportunity and quoting workflows
CPQ tools exposure (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Ironclad CLM)
Ticketing/queue-based support experience (Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce cases)
Involvement in CRM/CPQ projects: documenting requirements, testing, or rollouts
