Deal Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Support Sales reps with Salesforce (SFDC) opportunity management, quoting workflows, and deal
• Manage and triage a Deal Operations ticketing queue
• Act as frontline support for SFDC and CPQ questions
• Assist with CRM/CPQ enhancements including requirements, UAT/QA, rollouts
• Contribute to sales enablement documentation and training
• Identify process inefficiencies in quote-to-cash

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years experience in Sales Operations, Deal/Order Operations, Revenue Operations, or Order
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with complex deal structures
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) as a CRM
• Exposure to CPQ tools like Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Ironclad CLM or similar
• Experience with ticketing or queue-based support models (Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce cases)
• Prior involvement in CRM/CPQ projects or enhancements
