Deal Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build and continuously improve the global deal operations workflow, covering intake, routing
• Own approval readiness within CPQ, including quote quality checks, required fields, approval
• Support Sales and Sales Leadership with the construction and design of new business, renewal
• Translate commercial strategies into approval-ready deal structures with clear value exchange, risk
• Coordinate with Legal on non-standard terms, contract language, execution paths, risk ownership
• Partner with Finance to ensure revenue recognition, billing, payment terms, product lines, start

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical
• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a
• Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms such as DealHub or comparable tools, together with strong
• Demonstrated experience structuring and reviewing complex or non-standard commercial agreements
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition concepts, billing and order processes, and contract
• Experience designing scalable processes, documentation, SLAs, decision rules, and operating

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $81,400–$110,000 for U.S.-based hires; compensation may vary according to
