📋 Description

• Research markets, companies, marketplaces, brokers, advisers, and other channels to identify
• Build and maintain professional relationships with brokers, intermediaries, advisers, and other
• Develop targeted lists of potential businesses and owners, verify decision-maker contact
• Speak directly with owners and intermediaries to understand their businesses, objectives, sale
• Gather and assess high-level information such as revenue, profitability, growth, recurring revenue
• Prepare concise opportunity summaries and clear notes that allow the acquisition team to quickly

🎯 Requirements

• 0-3 years of professional experience in sourcing, sales, research, brokerage, consulting
• Highly curious with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar companies, industries, and
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build credibility with brokers, advisers
• Comfortable making cold calls, sending outbound messages, and handling rejection professionally.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.
• Basic understanding of business fundamentals, financial concepts, and commercial drivers.
