📋 Description

• Own portfolio growth; build relationships to drive sales.
• Source and onboard new dealer accounts; expand opportunities.
• Drive activity and auction participation across portfolio; generate demand.
• Engage accounts in sales conversations; discuss inventory and bids.
• Execute full auction cycle; build demand and follow up post-auction.
• Maintain portfolio coverage; re-engage inactive dealers; ensure contact.

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with proven results
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment with clear expectations
• Motivated by targets, KPIs, and daily activity; maintain consistent outreach
• Strong communicator who can lead sales-focused conversations; discuss inventory and bids
• Ability to operate with speed and urgency; address account needs and resolve issues
• Must be comfortable working 100% on-site at our Mississauga facility
