📋 Description

• Lead advisory and town halls; implement values and character in classrooms.
• Be highly present during school hours to ensure a strong culture.
• Circulate classrooms to observe behavior and support positive culture.
• Lead school-wide operations: meals, transitions, and culture systems.
• Manage student discipline: model positive interactions; coordinate removals.
• Collaborate with school social workers to support at-risk scholars.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Belief that all students can learn.
• Commitment to KIPP values: high expectations, growth, teamwork, trust, joy.
• Pass background check.
• Restorative practices experience (preferred).
• Experience following the District Code of Conduct and referral procedures.
