Debt Accountant (Ph)

📋 Description

• Responsible for confirming all mortgage payments are successfully processed each month, via various
• Prepare, compile, and submit qualified spend to lenders for reimbursement from replacement reserve
• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and validation of debt instruments within Kyriba (Treasury
• Prepare monthly journal entries related to debt (DLC & MTM amortization, intercompany loans
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for mortgage notes payable, accrued interest, DLC, etc

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of debt accounting, including mortgage loans, accrued interest, loan cost
• Ability to manage a high volume of recurring transactions and meet monthly deadlines with a high
• Proficient in Excel, including the use of basic formulas and functions such as SUM, VLOOKUP, and
• Knowledge of replacement reserve escrow processes and lender reimbursement requirements is a plus
• Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion
• Must be based in the PHILIPPINES
