📋 Description

• Taking care of the relations with all collection entities
• Follow up of the collection’s performance
• Daily management of the collection network
• Implement a close collaboration with each regional Claims and collection managers/ local collection
• Organization of workshop in order to improve processes/ working methods
• Share best practices within the collection network

🎯 Requirements

• 5 year’s experience in Debt Collection industry or equivalent
• Master / Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent University degree
• Knowledge of COP
• Knowledge of Atlas / Cofanet
• Knowledge of INCA
• Microsoft office proficiency
