📋 Description

• Design and improve consumer collections processes across delinquency stages.
• Scale automation for allocation rules, workflows, and customer communications.
• Explore robotics/AI use cases to improve efficiency and cost-to-collect.
• Audit current workflows and design end-to-end improvements.
• Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training materials.
• Support onboarding and continuous training for collections agents.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in improving operational processes.
• Comfortable with data and dashboards to track performance.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ownership and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya.
• Preferred: experience with debt collection and Power BI/SQL.
