📋 Description

• Perform fluids system sizing analysis to determine basic system requirements
• Transform system requirements into hardware concepts and architecture options
• Design pressurized and unpressurized structures; create CAD models/prints
• Perform structural analysis of parts to ensure survivability
• Execute design for manufacturability changes to enhance production efficiency
• Drive first builds of flight hardware and establish a production line

🎯 Requirements

• Graduating in 2026 or 2027 with bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD
• Degree in an engineering discipline or physics
• 1+ years of mechanical or fluids design, analysis, or build experience
• Experience with fluid dynamics, finite element, or related modeling
• Experience with pressurized components (valves, regulators, tubes)
• Experience leading operation-critical part mechanical design
