📋 Description

• Support data-driven decision-making across Instructure with analyses.
• Uncover opportunities to improve product adoption, engagement, revenue.
• Design and execute A/B tests and causal inference studies.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver findings.
• Deliver end-to-end analytical solutions from scoping to presenting.
• Apply AI tooling to accelerate analysis and communicate insights clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Statistics, CS, Economics, or related field (PhD a plus).
• 2-4 years of experience in data science, analytics with actionable insights.
• Strong modeling, ML fundamentals, and experimental design (A/B).
• Familiarity with AI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT, Glean).
• Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
