🎯 Requirements

Qualified actuary or strong actuarial systems/development experience
Strong knowledge of defined benefit pensions and calculation rules
Experience turning pension requirements into technical specs
Confidence with complex integrated systems (engines, databases, web apps)
Strong analytical judgement, attention to detail
Autonomous with good collaboration with technical/non-technical stakeholders
