📋 Description

• Lead regional DEI strategy in North America aligned to enterprise goals.
• Manage NA DEI programs with data-driven improvement.
• Design and deliver inclusive learning programs with measurement.
• Oversee NA Business Inclusion Group and Regional Inclusion Council governance.
• Facilitate high-impact programming with senior stakeholders.
• Cultivate external partnerships to enhance program delivery and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of program or project management experience; DEI preferred.
• Ability to work across functions, geographies, and multinational backgrounds.
• Navigate ambiguity in complex environments; clarify direction and influence stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging technology to build content calendars and campaigns.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience formulating and implementing organizational change.
