DEI Program Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Global DEI to design and activate regional strategy and goals.
• Lead NA DEI programs, including execution, awareness, engagement, and metrics.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate inclusive learning programs, incl. leadership.
• Oversee NA Business Inclusion Group and Regional Inclusion Council; governance and metrics.
• Facilitate high-impact programming with senior stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and manage budget alignment for NA DEI.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in program or project management; DEI/change management preferred.
• Ability to work across functions, geographies and multinational teams.
• Navigate ambiguity, clarify direction, and influence stakeholders.
• Experience using tech to build content calendars, email campaigns, newsletters.
• Strong communication; clearly articulate ideas and proposals.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
