DEI Program Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Global DEI to design and activate regional strategy, goals, and priorities.
• Lead and manage North America DEI programs with strategy execution and metrics.
• Own design, delivery, and evaluation of inclusive learning and development programs.
• Provide leadership for North American Business Inclusion Group and Regional Inclusion Council.
• Partner with Marketing/Comms to enhance inclusive content strategy and messaging.
• Proactively identify risks and drive solutions to maintain momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in program or project management; DEI/change management experience preferred.
• Ability to work across functions, geographies and multinational backgrounds.
• Navigate ambiguity in complex environments; clarify direction and influence stakeholders.
• Experience using technology to build content calendars, email campaigns, newsletters.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
• Must be culturally open and sensitive.
