DEI Program Manager

📋 Description

• Drive AGS DEI strategy in North America with global alignment.
• Lead NA DEI programs, including strategy execution and metrics.
• Oversee inclusive learning programs, cohort management, and impact.
• Govern NA Business Inclusion Group and Regional Inclusion Council.
• Facilitate high-impact programming with senior stakeholders.
• Research best practices to inform NA DEI initiatives and partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in program or project management, preferably DEI/change management
• Work effectively across functions, geographies, and multi-national teams
• Navigate ambiguity in complex environments, clarify direction, influence stakeholders
• Experience building content calendars, email campaigns, newsletters, and distribution
• Highly effective communicator, able to clearly articulate ideas
• High awareness and culturally open/sensitive
