• Implement visual, commercial, and styling arrangements in line with store guidelines and calendar
• Analyze sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care, identify and prioritize
• Use trend and competitor knowledge to coach and develop the sales team to deliver excellent
• Positively represent self and brand in all customer interactions
• Support the sales market in store expansion projects
• Ensure overall omni customer experience by actively promoting the customer loyalty program

• Strong experience in visual merchandising and commerce in a dynamic environment, solution-focused
• Knowledge of managing, analyzing, and acting on sales reports and sales equation
• Passionate about fashion and delivering exceptional store experiences
• Motivated to create excellent customer experiences while promoting and increasing sales
• Creative, curious, and proactive
• Strong communication skills; able to lead and inspire the sales team
