🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a deliverability-related role.
• Familiarity with MTA service providers (Sparkpost, SendGrid, PMTA, etc).
• Expertise in the intricacies of sending to top-level ISPs and MBPs (Microsoft, Gmail, VMG).
• Experience troubleshooting sending to APAC and EMEA regions a plus.
• Strong understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, ARC, BIMI, etc), SMTP protocol, and
• Direct experience onboarding new clients (including IP and domain warmups).
