🎯 Requirements

5-10 years in email deliverability, messaging infrastructure, or related discipline
Foundational hire for deliverability; ideally built or scaled practices
Working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP/domain reputation
Experience managing IP warm up processes and migrations
Comfort analyzing deliverability data (bounce, complaints, engagement) and translating findings
Strong written and verbal communication; explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
