• Advise customers, partners, and teams on best practices and solutions.
• Drive Delivery Assurance KPIs to ensure consistent customer outcomes.
• Build and reinforce domain best practices across implementations.
• Support customer readiness, data readiness, and solution usability.
• Guide projects from inception to go-live with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as Senior Solution Architect in professional services delivering Anaplan or EPM.
• Proven design, delivery, and customer management across multiple projects.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Travel 25-50% across the region.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Background in EPM, software infra, or multidimensional modelling; Anaplan preferred.
