• 3–5 years in a client-facing delivery/implementation role; accountable for outcomes.
• Hands-on depth: built complex forms, automations, integrations, data models; understand tradeoffs.
• Strong cross-functional communication with C-level sponsors, tech stakeholders, and business SMEs.
• Read the question behind the question; surface constraints, present trade-offs persuasively.
• Hold yourself to outcomes, not just delivery; mastered a complex platform quickly and can repeat in 90 days.
