Delivery Coordinator

📋 Description

• Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments to help ensure
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project boards using Asana, Kanban methodologies, or similar
• Coordinate daily task assignments, follow-ups, and deliverables across internal teams and external
• Keep project statuses, task owners, priorities, deadlines, and next steps clearly documented.
• Identify blockers, missing information, technical dependencies, and potential delivery risks early
• Facilitate communication between clients, delivery leadership, developers, designers, QA

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a related role.
• Experience supporting digital projects, website development, software delivery, or agency
• Strong familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive, accountable approach to work, with strong ownership of deadlines, follow-ups, and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively

• Monthly salary: USD 1,800–2,500.
• Work arrangement: Fully remote, with Brazil as the designated location for this opportunity.
