Delivery Director, Healthcare and Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Lead and scale Kicksaw’s Healthcare & Life Sciences delivery practice
• Drive delivery excellence across Salesforce HLS engagements
• Build forecasting, staffing, resource planning, and risk management
• Define practice priorities, organizational structure, and long-term growth strategy
• Develop repeatable delivery frameworks and accelerators
• Partner with Sales for deal reviews and SOW approvals

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise tech delivery
• 5+ years in delivery leadership within Salesforce SI or consulting firm
• Proven success leading Salesforce transformation programs and enterprise engagements
• Strong Healthcare & Life Sciences industry experience
• Experience managing delivery portfolios and executive stakeholders
• Experience with forecasting, resource planning, governance, and metrics
