• Oversee daily delivery operations and assist in delivering boxes.

• Report to Delivery Managers and support order assembly and delivery.
• Coordinate overnight hybrid shifts and route planning as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all delivery activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in dispatching or driving preferred.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques and process flow improvements.
• Experience leading a nimble, fast-growing team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking.
