📋 Description

• Be the first technical resolver for Delivery Managers, unblocking technical roadblocks such as
• Get hands on the build directly: workflows, mailboxes, key settings, category and job tags
• Hold the escalation boundary: decide what can be solved inside Delivery versus Product/Engineering
• Turn one-off fixes into team capability: create playbooks, templates, tooling, and snippets for
• Support post-signature solution design and configuration for new customers across Email and VMS
• Review live customers where workflows aren't delivering value (e.g., tag overload, job tag

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role, with exposure to maritime, shipping, commodities, or
• Hands-on configuration of enterprise software for customers, comfortable owning the build.
• Practical experience with APIs, data mapping, and third-party system integrations; ability to write
• Solution design: able to run discovery with business users, understand how they work, and design
• Customer credibility: confident in front of technical and operational stakeholders at large
• Independent operator: comfortable holding named accountability across multiple accounts with
