• Partner with the Customer to act as advocate and coach
• Build trust and maintain regular progress updates
• Manage multi-level stakeholder communication and tone
• Learn client business and guide delivery with empathy
• Lead meetings, document minutes, and create decks
• Own project delivery, budgets, risks, scope, and change requests

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in managing large-scale projects with diverse teams
• Hands-on, client-facing experience in professional services
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or tech field
• Experience in product and project management, PM disciplines
• Strong communication, systematic thinking, and structured delivery
• Background in engineering, software architecture, or delivery
