Create and communicate a holistic project plan to align stakeholders.
Encourage sustainable team flow while focusing on client objectives.
Regularly visit clients (1-3 days/month; up to 20% during kickoff/launch).

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in software PM/PO/Lead/Scrum Master in client services
Experience leading Fortune 500 custom software and Data & AI projects
Empathy and confidence managing complex scope with external stakeholders
Technical problem solver for API issues and cross-system bugs
Expert facilitator; runs workshops to align enterprise goals
You have a blend of business, UX, and software PM to motivate partners
