📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of complex DEIB initiatives from planning through execution.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and staffing plans to ensure successful
• Partner with clients and internal teams to define goals, develop strategies, and deliver impactful
• Apply DEIB expertise to assess cultures, identify systemic challenges, and design approaches
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior leaders, executives, and stakeholders to support
• Coach and support team members, guiding to high-quality project outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of current DEIB research, practices, and frameworks.
• Experience delivering high-quality, complex projects within consulting, design, org transformation
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and delivery risks.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams toward successful outcomes.
• Strong client management skills and ability to build trusted partnerships and manage expectations.
• Experience facilitating workshops and strategic conversations with senior executives, leadership
