📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of complex DEIB initiatives from planning through execution.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and staffing for successful delivery.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to define goals and deliver solutions.
• Apply DEIB expertise to assess cultures and design inclusive approaches.
• Facilitate workshops with senior leaders and stakeholders to support change.
• Coach and support team members to produce high-quality outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of current DEIB research, practices, and frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in consulting, design, or organizational
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client management and stakeholder expectation skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with executives/boards and applying inclusive methodologies.
