• Strong knowledge of DEI&B research, practices, and frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in consulting, design, or transformation.
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client management and stakeholder expectation skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with executives or boards; anti-racist, inclusive methodologies.
