• Lead the delivery of complex diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives from planning
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and staffing plans to ensure successful
• Partner with clients and internal teams to define goals, develop strategies, and deliver impactful
• Apply DEIB expertise to assess organizational cultures, identify systemic challenges, and design
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior leaders, executives, and other stakeholders to

• Strong knowledge of current research, practices, and frameworks related to Diversity, Equity
• Proven experience delivering high-quality, complex projects within consulting, design
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and delivery risks.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams toward successful outcomes.
• Strong client management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships and manage
• Experience facilitating workshops and strategic conversations with senior executives, leadership
