Delivery Lead (Intelligence Community), Public Sector

📋 Description

• Manage executive to end-user relationships
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with IC customers for Scale's engineers
• Lead cross-functional project team to deliver AI/ML objectives
• Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points to ensure success
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (FSP)
• 10+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with the U.S. intelligence community and national security as user base
• Basic understanding of ML ops, GenAI data labeling, training, and evaluation
• Track record of analytics-driven problem solving
• Willingness to be onsite with a customer in Columbia, MD (3+ days/week) and travel 25%
