• Strong knowledge of project and workflow management platforms such as Businessmap, Jira, Azure
• Deep understanding of flow metrics and practical experience applying the PDCA
• Experience facilitating large-scale collaborative sessions, including PI Planning, Discovery
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across
